We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated HR intern to assist our HR department with administrative and other HR-related tasks.
The HR intern’s duties include updating internal employee databases, data entry, filing HR documents, screening resumes, initiating background checks on shortlisted candidates, and giving recommendations to improve HR policies. You should also be able to work independently, work on MS office, and have interpersonal skills.
To be a successful HR intern, you should remain aware of the latest developments in company policies.
Ultimately, an outstanding HR intern should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews
- Maintain and update candidate databases and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Assist in organizing and promoting company events, both internally and externally
Requirements
- Full or Part Qualification from a recognized University/Institute in Human Resource Management.
